Slapping, Spitting, Drunken Hudson County Man Arrested
An intoxicated Union City man was charged with two counts of aggravated assault in the Hoboken hospital incident

An intoxicated Union City man was arrested during the early morning on Christmas Eve after allegedly slapping a doctor and trying to spit on an ambulance worker.
The man, identified as Oscar Guaraca, 36, was taken to Hoboken University Medical Center shortly before 3 a.m. on Dec. 24, according to NJ.com. Guaraca’s girlfriend called the Union City Police said he had too much to drink and asked that he be taken to the hospital.
Police said Guaraca slapped an emergency room doctor in the face and needed to be restrained, NJ.com said. Hospital employees also needed to put a mask on the intoxicated man after trying to spit on an ambulance worker, police said.

According to NJ.com, Guaraca was arrested and charged with two counts of aggravated assault.
