The police would like to know.According to the Livingston police, on Thursday, Aug. 17, they responded at 8:55 a.m. to a caller who reported the theft of a street sign.Police talked to the witness at the intersection of <a href="https://www.google.com/maps/place/Walnut+St+%26+Giacomo+Ct,+Livingston,+NJ+07039/@40.7949029,-74.4202596,12z/data=!4m6!3m5!1s0x89c3a91ae2e9f625:0xadd715ebedda2784!8m2!3d40.7948959!4d-74.3498349!16s%2Fg%2F11gf4bylhs?entry=ttu" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">Giacomo Court and Walnut Street</a>. The witness reported seeing a vehicle pull up to the corner in the overnight hours, and taking the Giacomo Court street sign. The Livingston Detective Bureau is investigating.
