Strength and Conditioning Training for Livingston Athletes grades 2-12

Strength, agility, and cardiovascular training can improve performance in all sports.

Livingston Wrestling Club Introduces:

Strength, Agility, and Cardiovascular Training

Strength and conditioning training utilizing wrestling principles taught by past and present Livingston coaches and wrestlers.  All athletes participating in any sport will benefit from increased strength, agility and stamina.  No prior wrestling experience needed!

May 25 for ten consecutive Wednesdays thereafter.

Time:         

6:30 to 8:00 PM

Location:  

Livingston High Athletic Building (Park on Madonna Drive)

Cost:          

$80 includes a custom Dry Fit Athletic shirt and membership to USAA - Premier Wrestling organization. CASH or CHECKS only

Ages:

Athletes from 2nd to 12th grade.

Sign up:

Registration n the first night, May 25th at 6:00 at the High School Athletic Building
