Strip House and Unionville Vineyards have teamed up for a Taste of Jersey Dinner featuring the cuisine of Strip House’s Culinary Director Tom Valenti. Selections from this top Top New Jersey Winery will be paired with home grown or raised offerings from Mosefund Farm, Flatbrook Farm, Bobolink Dairy and locally caught seafood.
