In-Person Meetings To Return For Livingston Council, Again

LIVINGSTON, NJ — They're back: Earlier this year, the Livingston Council intended to return to in-person meetings, but had to change the Jan. 10 meeting and subsequent meetings due to the rise in COVID cases after the holidays.

The township announced last week that this coming Monday's meeting will be held in Town Hall, 357 S. Livingston Ave. The meetings will also be livestreamed on Facebook.

However, people will not be able to participate by Zoom.

Those who want to participate or ask questions must either come to the meeting or email livcomments@livingstonnj.org by 4:30 p.m. on the meeting date. Questions won't be answered via Facebook.

The meeting will start at 7 p.m. on Monday, March 7.

"The council members are pleased to return to meeting in person and are looking forward to seeing both each other and our residents," said a message from the town. "Residents are asked to keep in mind that while the decision has been made to hold in-person meetings, that decision is subject to change based on public health concerns."
