Booze Boosted In Livingston: Thieves Take $5K In 'High-End Liquor,' Police Say
Four people took $5,000 in "high-end" liquor from one location in Livingston, police say.
LIVINGSTON, NJ — Thieves took $5,000 worth of "high-end" liquor from a store in Livingston this past weekend, police said.
Police said that they responded on Jan. 20, at 10:30 a.m., to Bottle King, 343 W Mt Pleasant Ave., on a report of a shoplifting the previous night.
Store staff said that four people entered the store and took the $5K in liquor.

In other crime news over the past week:
On Jan. 16, at 10:54 a.m., Livingston officers responded to the East Cedar Exxon at 327 East Northfield Road on a report of a stolen computer tablet.
The victim told police that he parks his business vehicles at the location. He said someone stole a smart tablet from inside the vehicle.
Also that day, at 7:46 p.m., Livingston officers responded to a Mount Pleasant Parkway residence on a report of a stolen package from the front porch.
Police met with the homeowner, who provided surveillance video of a suspect and suspect's vehicle. The Livingston Detective Bureau is investigating.
