Patch videographer Nilsa De La Cruz was on the scene to capture the fun-filled and informative night.  Highlights of NNO include a live helicopter landing on the Oval, tours of emergency vehicles for children and games, live music and food.  McGruff the Crime Dog made an appearance, too.
