UPDATED: Woman Killed In Livingston Hit-And-Run
Essex County prosecutors are looking for the driver in a hit-and-run that killed a woman in Livingston early Thursday morning.

LIVINGSTON, NJ — The Essex County Prosecutor's Office is investigating a Livingston hit-and-run early Thursday morning in which a woman was killed, the office confirmed Friday.
Spokesperson Katherine Carter said she could not give more details about the victim, and that the office had not identified her as of late on Thursday. However, by later on Friday, Carter said the woman had been identified. Prosecutors are withholding her name until they notify next of kin.
The site of the crash was South Orange Avenue and Goodhart Drive. The area is wooded but close to an active living community for residents 55 and over.
