Zoning And 'Paper Street' On Tap At Rescheduled Livingston Meeting
The Livingston Township Council meeting scheduled for Monday will now be held Thursday. There will be hearings on a zoning map and more.

LIVINGSTON, NJ — The Livingston Township Council meeting that was scheduled for this Monday (May 23) has been moved to this Thursday. The council will hold hearings on a zoning map revision, extinguishing a right-of-way, and more.
The meeting will take place at 7:30 p.m. at Town Hall, 357 South Livingston Ave. It will also be livestreamed on Facebook (see link below).
The conference meeting that usually precedes the meeting will take place at the same location at 7 p.m. Thursday.

At the regular meeting, the council will hold a public hearing and consider voting on a revised zoning map. The ordinance is “Amending §170-86 of the Township Code of the Township of Livingston By Adopting Revised Official Zoning Map."
They will also consider voting to extinguish public rights on a parcel of land between homes, and allow it to become part of the surrounding properties: “Releasing, Extinguishing and Vacating the Rights of the Public Portion of a Certain Paper Street and Right-of-Way Known as Plymouth Drive."
