– Circle BMW, one of the region’s leading BMW dealerships, today announced that it has expanded its sales team to support continued growth in sales and advance strategic marketing initiatives. Joining the company are Michael Castoria as an Internet Sales Advisor and James Hallberg as a Client Advisor. James Castello has moved from Internet Sales Advisor, a position he held at Circle BMW since 2009, to manager of the Finance and Insurance (F&I) Department.
“Expanding our sales team enables us to continue to grow and also provide the level of service that distinguishes Circle BMW as a leader in the luxury car market. Michael and James [Hallberg] bring a solid combination of finance and product knowledge that will further strengthen Circle BMW’s position,” said Circle BMW General Sales Manager, Dennis Adams. “A proven leader in the sales arena, James [Castello] brings his superior customer service skills and operational experience to our F&I Department,” adds Adams.
As an Internet Sales Advisor, Castoria will be responsible for developing and managing online inquiries, increasing conversions from leads to appointments and closing sales. Similarly, Hallberg will cultivate leads and effectively close sales in his role as a client advisor. In his new position as F&I Manager, Castello will facilitate finance and lease approvals with lenders on behalf of Circle BMW customers and present various beneficial products to clients.

Castoria’s professional experience includes internships with Rothstein Kass in their Roseland, N.J. and San Francisco, Calif., offices and Origin Capital Management, LLC., also in San Francisco. While at these firms, he was responsible for auditing hedge funds, transferring hedge fund clients, analyzing and reconciling daily trading reports, portfolio research and data entry. Castoria earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and business management from Long Island University where he was an award-winning Division One Collegiate Athlete in men’s baseball.
As a previous BMW client advisor from 2007 to 2008, Hallberg developed his knowledge of BMW products. He worked at Sansone Ford Lincoln-Mercury as a sales consultant from 2006 to 2007. Prior to joining the automotive industry, Hallberg spent 25 years working on Wall Street, including 12 years as a stockbroker at Goldman Sachs. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from William Patterson University.

Castello joins the Finance and Insurance Department after four years as a BMW Client Advisor, first at BMW of Atlantic City from 2007 to 2009, and most recently at Circle BMW. Previously, he was a loan officer at Advisors Mortgage Group from 2002 to 2006 and a route sales representative for Drake Bakeries from 1998 to 2001.
