Gallery: Car Show and Concert in West End

Classic car show and concert held on Brighton Avenue on Saturday night

Cars of all makes and models throughout the last 60 years were on display at the first West End Cruise Night on the summer on Saturday night in Long Branch.

The popular classic car show was held on Brighton Avenue from 6 p.m.-10 p.m. and featured not only custom cars, but food, music and dancing. Musical acts included Parkway Joe and The Tokens, RB Express and The Miracles.

The majority of the east side of the road was closed to traffic in the hours before, during and after the event as police expected a large crowd to come out for the show.
