Doggy Pictures with Santa and Pet Food Drive

The Monmouth County Underdogs will be hosting “Picture with Santa” on Sunday, December 7, 2014 from 10AM-1PM at Camp Bow Wow Eatontown located at 284 Old Deal Rd, Eatontown, NJ. For a $10.00 donation owners can have photos of their dog(s) taken with Santa. Proceeds from the event will go to the Monmouth County Underdogs non-profit fund.

In addition to doggy photos with Santa, the Monmouth County Underdogs will be collecting pet food (cat or dog/wet or dry - unopened), which will be donated to Lunch Break in Red Bank. There will also be refreshments and items for purchase at the event.

The Monmouth County Underdogs is a registered NJ nonprofit 501(c)3 organization that aims to enrich the lives of animals by advocating positive, reward based training techniques and tools through education and philanthropic initiatives. We provide financial support and advocacy to local rescue organizations, which embrace and promote a positive training philosophy. In addition, we strive to provide educational opportunities to dog owners to help ultimately strengthen the human-animal bond.

Lunch Break freely provides life’s basic necessities- food, clothing and fellowship for community members in need. Their mission is to alleviate hunger and lead those they serve to self-sufficiency and healthier lifestyles. They serve everyone, with compassion and dignity. Lunch Break does distribute pet food that has been donated by the public. Pets are a very important to people, regardless of their income level, and donations of pet food enables those in need to take care of their four legged family members.
