CHARLOTTE, NC (Dec. 4, 2014) – Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is now offering a bold take on the traditional holiday menu. As the busiest time of year to dine out, Firebirds sparks the holidays with new winter selections, seasonal cocktails, hot after-dinner drinks, a gift card promotion and a new website that makes reservations simple.

The new Winter Features menu includes a fuse of trendy, seasonal ingredients like fresh baby kale, arugula, barley, brussel sprouts, squash, red peppers, basil and more. Popular items include the Grilled Scallops and Super Foods Salad, Braised Short Ribs with Creamy Parmesan Mashed Potatoes, Pan Roasted Brussel Sprouts and Butternut Squash, House Smoked Pastrami Spiced Turkey Breast Focaccia Sandwich with Tomato Soup, Chocolate Mousse Cake and other delicious options.

The award-winning FIREBAR® hosts a large selection of libations and seasonal cocktails that includes the Manhattan Your Way, Pumpkin Spiced Manhattan, Berry Smash Side Car, Aspen Old Fashioned, Rye and Basil Manhattan and Peach Raspberry Side Car.
