Eatontown Man Charged With North Jersey Armed Robbery 'Spree'
Two Monmouth County men were behind a string of armed robberies in Bergen County, according to the prosecutor.
BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — An Eatontown man was among two accused of an armed robbery "spree" in Bergen County, officials announced Monday. Dajan Mindingall faces several charges after an investigation into January robberies.
The incidents took place at the Extended Stay Hotel in Rutherford and Queen Spa in Edgewater, according to the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office.
Authorities executed search warrants Thursday on the homes of Mindingall and Christopher Ojeda, the other suspect. The BCPO also searched a vehicle.

They were both arrested Thursday — Mindingall, 27, in Asbury Park and Ojeda, 31, in Howell, where he lives.
Both were charged with the following, according to the BCPO:

- robbery (first-degree)
- kidnapping (first-degree)
- possession of a handgun without a permit (second-degree)
- possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose (second-degree)
- aggravated attempted sexual assault (second-degree)
They were placed in the Bergen County Jail, pending their first court appearance Wednesday.
