There will be an election for mayor and two Council seats this year in Eatontown:

EATONTOWN, NJ — There will be an election for mayor and two Council seats this year in Eatontown:

Current Eatontown mayor Anthony Talerico will seek re-election. He is challenged by Maria Grazia Escalante, a Republican who is currently on the Eatontown town council.

Voters will also be asked to choose two people for the Council:

1. Danielle Jones, Democrat - She is a current Eatontown Councilwoman
2. Candace Faust, Democrat - She is a current Eatontown Councilwoman. She and Mayor Talerico are romantically involved; they are dating.
3. Kevin Gonzalez, Republican - Gonzalez used to be on the Eatontown Council. In 2026, he will make a bid to get back on it.
4. Ali Mehdaoui, Republican

The primary election will be June 2. The general election will be in November.
