Community Blood Drive

The Mahala F. Atchison School Health and Physical Education staff is sponsoring its annual community blood drive on Thursday, March 24 from 2:30-8:00 pm in the school's gymnasium.  The event will be run by the staff from the Central Jersey Blood Center (Shrewsbury) and is open to those who are 16 years of age and older.

If you would like to donate, please call the school at 732-542-2500 and ask for Terry Hayes.  She will help you set up an appointment time.  Of course, walk-ins are always welcome!

Last spring, the drive yielded 80 units of blood - saving 240 lives.  The Health and PE staff has set a goal of 100 units of blood for this year's event.  Please help them to save the lives of family members, friends, and neighbors - make a donation, save 3 lives!
