Through support and education, people with diabetes learn how to become self-sufficient in the daily management of the disease. Facilitated by Monmouth Medical Center’s Center for Diabetes Education staff, this program will be held at the Maysie Stroock Pavilion, Suite A002, located on the corner of Pavilion and Second Avenues, Long Branch.
