Monmouth Medical Center Hosts Susan G. Komen 'Reach Out for Life' Initiative

Stop by our information table to learn about the Susan G. Komen for the Cure “Reach Out for Life” initiative and see if you are eligible to receive a free breast screening mammogram.  This program is open to female Monmouth County residents age 40 or above who are uninsured or under-insured and meet income eligibility requirements. A representative will provide information and answer your questions about the program offered through the Jacqueline M. Wilentz Comprehensive Breast Center at Monmouth Medical Center. This program will be held at Monmouth Medical Center in the ground floor lobby, located at 300 Second Ave. in Long Branch. For more information call the Jacqueline M.
