This two-day childbirth preparation course is for those expecting twins, triplets or more. The course will cover nutrition, labor and delivery, anesthesia options, Cesarean section, relaxation techniques, risk and complications of multiple pregnancy, recovery and caring for multiples. A tour of the Regional Newborn Center is also included. Attendence is recommended for those early in the their seocnd trimester of pregnancy. A continental breakfast will be provided.
