Toni's class is not one to miss! She puts on a great class and is very entertaining. Toni teaches classic Italian food with a twist. She begins with the appetizer course consisting of Asparagus Flan with Fontina Fondue. No Italian meal is complete without a pasta course which consists of Potato Gnocchi with Guanciale, Butternut Squash and Sage. As Toni explains her Italian heritage with food, she is preparing the entrée; Roasted Branzino with Crushed Fingerling Potatoes, Lemon Zest and Olive Oil. To finish out the night, Toni will prepare a classic Italian dessert of Almond Semifreddo with Tropical Fruit. Come and enjoy Toni's Cooking, stories and sense of humor!
