Mumford's Classes: Enter into Spring with Steven Capodicasa

(Hands-on Course: Bring your knives and aprons) Steven is a veteran instructor here at Mumford’s Culinary Center with a long and prestigious career in the industry. He returns to our classroom this spring with a creative “hands-on” menu consisting of Homemade Artichoke Raviolis prepared with Spring Mushrooms. We continue on with Baby Greens dressed with Lemon Vinaigrette and garnished with Goat Cheese Croutons. Part of the class will be working on Potato-Crusted Lamb Loins with Roasted Beets. The entrée will be sided with Roasted Onion Couscous and Buttermilk and Herb Cloverleaf Buns. This will be displayed buffet-style for everyone to enjoy. The night comes to a close with Berry Crisp served with Saffron Whipped Cream. So come out and enjoy what Steve has to offer, you won’t be disappointed!
