Mumford's Classes; Entertaining with Cheese.

Instructor: Warren Katz 

 Not comfortable cooking with unusual cheeses? Come join Warren Katz and absorb his 20+ years of food and cheese knowledge. Warren comes to us from the Culinary Institute of Education in New York City. Let Warren teach you how to incorporate cheese into all different levels of cooking. We start the night with Phyllo Wrapped Baked Brie with Raspberry Coulis. Need a quick and simple hors d'oeuvre? Try his Sun-dried Tomato & Emmental Cheese Puff. For his salad course, Warren will be teaching you Roquefort Filled Endive with Orange & Candied Walnuts. For the entrée this evening he will be doing a Goat Cheese & Herb Filled Chicken Breast served with a variety of accompaniments. Warren finishes the night with Petite Basque Stuffed Pears. So come share the night with Warren and learn different angles of food and cheese!
