Mumford's Classes; Gluten Free At Last!

 Dorian Kershner comes to us with our first real gluten free class. Dori has spent the last 12 years honing her skills as an enthusiastic gluten free cook. When you are the only gluten free eater amongst all of your friends and family, it can be a challenge to create healthy fare that is low in additives and preservatives yet still palatable. This evening, Dori brings us six easy, no-hassle gluten free recipes, starting off with Chickpea Flatbread with Sweet Potato Hummus. The second starter course is Gluten Free Crab Cakes served with a Creole Mustard Sauce. For the entrée she will be serving Easy Parmesan Crusted Chicken along with Pan-Fried Gnocchi with Pancetta, Shallots and Peas. Dori has two different side dishes to share with you: Quinoa and Bean Salad with Mint and the second side dish is Red Quinoa Salad with Beets and Arugula.
