Immerse yourself in the basic, yet intricate art of sauce preparation and elevate your next meal to new heights. All dishes will concentrate on classic sauce preparation and modifications. Spaghetti Bolognese; Pan Seared Tilapia and sautéed asparagus topped with Sauce Bavaroise (Horseradish and thyme Hollandaise); Chicken and sautéed spinach with Sauce Poulette (Veloute with fresh mushrooms, parsley and lemon juice); Scallops and wilted baby spinach with Sauce Soubise (onion and leek cream); Chicken Bourguignonne (Espagnole sauce with onions, shallots, red wine and spices).
