An eccentric millionaire adopts a stray alley cat named Rhubarb. He becomes so enamored with him that he decides to make him his sole heir to his fortune which includes a major league baseball team, the Brooklyn Loons. After the owner dies, Millard who is the PR manager is named Rhubarb's guardian and they become celebrities overnight. Directed by Aurther Lubin.
