The Tinton Falls Girls Softball League announces its registration for the 2012 spring season. The TFGSL is a rec league for girls aged 7 to 15 as of December 31, 2011. We will also accept 6-year-olds with at least one year of t-ball as long as they can display basic skills. In addition to players from Tinton Falls, the league is once again accepting girls from other towns. Girls aged 9 to 15 will have to attend a skills evaluation in late February for the purpose of creating fair, balanced teams. It is not a try-out, the TFGSL is a rec league, and any girls of the right ages may play. Additionally, girls who sign up by Wed 1/25/12 will be invited to a free clinic in Tinton Falls in mid-February. The dates of the evaluation and clinic will be announced shortly. Registration forms will be distributed in Tinton Falls schools prior to the first day of signups. They will also be available at the registration locations, or you can have one emailed to you.

Saturday 1/7/12 from 9 AM to noon, Tinton Falls Middle School
Wednesday 1/11/12 from 6 to 8 PM, Wayside Firehouse
Saturday 1/21/12 from 9 AM to noon, Tinton Falls Middle School
Wednesday 1/25/12 from 6 to 8 PM, Tinton Falls Library
