Tinton Falls Middle School Library Media Center Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

This event will celebrate the progress students, staff, and administration continue to demonstrate in a 21st-Century learning commons. 

Here is a short list of actvities that students will be leading for the evening:

* Multimedia presentation on Promethean Interactive Whiteboard of library evolution using pictures, mission, goals, and objectives
* Discussion and demonstration of lessons using iPads for GALE & EBSCOhost Databases for research (Student Library Tech Team)
* Discussion and demonstration of TFMS O.P.A.L.S. Website (OPen-source Automated Library System): http://tfms.tfsd.scoolaid.net (Student Library O.P.A.L.S. Team)
* Demonstration of Edmodo.com blogging: http://edmodo.com (Student Library Tech Team)
* Discussion of library layout and design concepts (Student Library Layout and Design Team)
* Discussion of upcoming student promotions and contests (Student Library Promotions and Contests Team)
