This two-day childbirth education program for those expecting twins, triplets or more is to be attended early in the second trimester of pregnancy. Class will cover nutrition, labor and delivery, anesthesia options, Cesarean section, relaxation techniques, risks and complications of multiple pregnancy, recovery and caring for multiples. There will also be a tour of the Regional Newborn Center. This will be held at Monmouth Medical Center, located at 300 Second Avenue, Long Branch.
