NJ Natural Gas Energy Assistance Day

Learn how to better manage your energy bills and prepare for the winter season. Representatives from NJNG and state-designated agencies will be available to work with community members to determine which programs best fit their needs and assist with the application process. Households also may qualify for home energy-improvement programs to help reduce energy costs. To apply for energy assistance, participants must provide proof of identification, proof of income, proof of home ownership or rental agreement and recent copies of energy bills. To expedite the application process, please remember to bring social security cards and proof of income for all household members, your deed or rental lease and recent natural gas and electric bills.
