Long Branch Changes Bulk Waste, Brush Pickup Schedule

The City of Long Branch announced it will change its pickup schedule for bulk waste and brush beginning in March. With this schedule, Long Branch says it will provided services such as street sweeping and leaf vacuuming more often.

Bulk Waste

• Long Branch will collect bulk waste on the first and third Wednesday of every month for those living south of Broadway.
• Long Branch will collect bulk waste on the second and fourth Wednesday of every month for those living north of Broadway.
• Residents may also brink bulk waste to the Recycling yard with ID showing they live in Long Branch.

Brush

• Long Branch will collect brush from March 15 to June 1 and Sept. 15 to Dec. 31.
• Residents doing work on their property during any other dates must call Long Branch Public Works for brush pickup.
• Landscapers are responsible for removing brush and debris, the city says.
