Long Branch Public Hearing Scheduled

Long Branch will hold a public hearing on August 17, 2020 at 6:30 PM pursuant to N.J.A.C 7:36-25.6 for a Green Acres Change In Use.

The City of Long Branch will hold a public hearing on August 17, 2020 at 6:30 PM pursuant to N.J.A.C 7:36-25.6 for a Green Acres Change In Use for the property known as Pleasure Bay Park, 279 Atlantic Avenue, Long Branch, NJ 07740, Block 369, Lot 2. As part of the project improvements, the existing ballfield will be removed to facilitate the construction of a public pool and supporting pool building, which was presented during a regular Council meeting on February 12, 2020 and subsequently approved by the City and required outside agencies.

The meeting will be held remotely, by means of communication equipment and services.
