Long Branch Schools Collecting Toys For Underprivileged Local Families

Every school will be collecting a different kind of toy

The holiday season is a time for giving and a time to help those who are less fortunate.

The Long Branch Public School District understands this and is running a toy drive to help over 150 underprivileged Long Branch families with children.

Every school in the district's Sleigh Bells toy drive will be collecting a different type of toy until Dec. 9.

The following is a list of schools and what type of new and unwrapped toys can be dropped off at the main office:

West End School: Beauty supply play kits

Amerigo A. Anastasia School: Board games

Audrey W. Clark School: Sporting equipment

Gregory Elementary School: Board games

Children's books

Joseph M. Ferraina Early Childhood Learning Center: Baby dolls

Lenna W. Conrow School: Action figures

Baby items

Morris Avenue School: Toy trucks, cars, planes, motorcycles and trains
