Marlboro Soccer Tournament Canceled for Sunday

Director says games for Friday and Saturday are still on, as of now.

The 24th annual Marlboro Soccer Tournament, set to begin tonight and carry through the weekend, is canceled Sunday.

Tournament director Michele Lewis said, "We will be running games Friday and Saturday night. However, we are monitoring the situation closely and will close earlier if the forecast changes and the storm comes in earlier."

The tournament is the largest fundraiser for the organization, and all funds raised go to the Marlboro Soccer Booster Association teams from ages eight to 16.
