Mindfulness for Stress Reduction Workshops!

Opportunities to learn more about mindfulness and ways to reduce stress.

The benefits of mindfulness and mental health are profound with research showing improvements for those with depression, anxiety, OCD & PTSD, as well as stress and pain reduction. Mindfulness supports present moment awareness and increased connection with emotions. This allows for living according to one’s values, rather than being ruled by emotions, such as anxiety and depression. This workshop will define mindfulness for participants, explore a variety of exercises and practices, and help you to create places in daily life to make minor adjustments that can lead to great improvement.
