Monmouth Medical Center and HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital Present Mindfulness Meditation June 15

The public is invited to participate in an evening of “Mindfulness Meditation” on Wednesday, June 15 at 6 p.m. at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Tinton Falls located at 2 Centre Plaza in Tinton Falls.

Presented by Monmouth Medical Center and HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Tinton Falls, the program is led by Anita Pfisterer, LCSW, a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) trained therapist and program facilitator for Cancer Support Community at Monmouth Medical Center; and Todd Cooperman, MD, FAAPMR, medical director, HealthSouth Rehabilitation of Tinton Falls and section chief of the Department of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Monmouth Medical Center.

A light dinner will be provided. Attendees are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing.
