Monmouth University will host a launch party for Hawk Country, an allergy-friendly snack bar company, on Thursday, December 11.

Students in Professor John Buzza’s entrepreneurship class at Monmouth University will host a launch party for Hawk Country, an allergy-friendly snack bar company, on Thursday, December 11, from 6 to 8:30 p.m. in the Rebecca Stafford Student Center, Anacon Hall. The event is free and open to the public. Samples of the snack bar will be available at the event.

The mission of the Monmouth University Center for Entrepreneurship (MUCE) at the Leon Hess Business School is to nurture entrepreneurial thinking though a community of business partners committed to achieving social and economic progress. Entrepreneurship students are able to conduct business practices and launch new businesses from the safety of the classroom in real world situations. Previous projects include pasta sauce, dog treats, and perfumes that are still on the market today.
