Monmouth University Sorority Creates Eating Disorder Awareness Website
Created as a project for the National Association of Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders

Monmouth University’s Delta Phi Epsilon Sorority has developed a website to raise awareness about eating disorders.
Delta Phi Epsilon member Marisa Meiskin developed the website as a project for the National Association of Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders (ANAD).
Meiskin said she hopes the website will help educate people on eating disorders.

“I created the website to hopefully spread awareness about eating disorders and more importantly to let people know that recovery is possible and there is so much more to life than anxiety over body image," Meiskin said in a release.
Not only does the site help educate the public, visitors can also post messages anonymously on the site as well as speak out and share their thoughts, inspirations, or stories.
