Experts to Speak at Monmouth University on Diagnosis & Treatment of Lyme Disease on Sept. 13

Nationally-known experts will speak at Monmouth University on Lyme disease and co-infections on September 13, from 7:30AM-1:00PM.

New Jersey is one of 13 states reporting 95 percent of the country’s Lyme disease infections.

Tick-borne infections progress differently in every patient and if a bulls-eye rash is not found, symptoms are frequently misdiagnosed for other disorders. NJ is #3 in the nation for Lyme, and, co-infections are the norm not the exception.

Learn how to recognize tick-borne diseases from nationally known experts Robert Bransfield MD and Joseph Burrascano Jr. MD. They will be presenting a half day intensive course on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Lyme Disease and Co-infections with Emphasis on Adult and Pediatric Neuropsychiatric Issues. The course will be held at Monmouth University, Sat. Sept 13 from 7:30am to 1:00pm
