Postpartum Support Group
Learn how to cope with all of the challenges of motherhood and connect with other moms in the same position.

Facilitator: Amanda Bordfeld Ferguson, Psy.D.
The benefits of having a community to offer support, validation, and the teaching of skills is critical for the emotional wellness of new mothers. In our society today, with busy schedules and home/career demands, it can be very challenging for women to create the space to develop inner wellness, external support, and meet the demands of motherhood. This four session therapy group will facilitate an opportunity to connect with other mothers, learn critical skills for managing the transition to motherhood, and develop important coping strategies for the unexpected challenges.
