Prosecutor Coming To Central Regional To Discuss Drug Crisis
Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer will visit Central Regional High School on Friday.

Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer will speak to Central Regional High School about the drug crisis in Ocean County. Billhimer will speak from 10 a.m. to noon Friday in the auditorium. The event is open to high school students and staff only.
According to the Office of Attorney General, 217 individuals died from overdoses in Ocean County in 2018. That figure represents a 13.6 percent increase from 2017.
The Berkeley Township Police Department also hosted "Hidden In Plain Sight" on Jan. 30 at Central Regional High School. The seminar taught parents how to detect potential drug use.
