ROCK AROUND THE CLOCK AT CASA FOR CHILDREN'S 1950s ROCKIN' GALA

CASA for Children of Monmouth County announces its Rockin' 50s Gala.

The gala event will begin at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 12th at Buona Sera Palazzo, located at 1033 West Park Avenue, Ocean Township, NJ. More than 200 guests are expected to attend for an elegant evening of cocktails, a silent auction, gourmet food and dancing to the outstanding band Total Soul.

This will be a very special evening for Carol Stillwell who will receive the President’s Award for Humanitarianism as well as for Katherine Vates who is receiving CASA’s Jr. Humanitarianism Award.

Carol is the successful President and CEO of Stillwell Hanson. Aside from running a major company, Carol is also a dedicated philanthropist and equestrian. She is committed to improving the lives of others and has an unwavering philosophy to pay it forward. Carol truly is an inspiration for all of us to make a difference in our community.

All proceeds from this event will support the CASA for Children of Monmouth County program. The non-profit organization is committed to recruiting, training and supporting volunteer advocates to help advocate for abused or neglected children in foster care from Monmouth County.

CASAs community volunteers advocated for 170 abused or neglected children last year from Monmouth County. Appointed by the judge and armed with a court order, CASA advocates visit foster homes, schools, agency offices, daycare and preschool facilities to ensure that these children get the medical, psychological and educational services they need to heal and thrive.
