The Middletown, Holmdel Kohl's Getting A Sephora

MIDDLETOWN, NJ — Good news for those who shop at the Middletown Kohl's:

The Middletown Kohl's will be getting a Sephora make-up boutique inside by the end of 2022. Kohl's corporate offices did not give an exact date as to when the Sephora will be opening inside the Middletown Kohl's, but did say that the Middletown location is one of 15 stores nationwide getting a Sephora.

The Holmdel and Toms River Kohl's will also be getting Sephoras inside before 2022 is over.

Sephora opened a standalone store in Brick a few weeks ago.

A 2,500-square-foot, "fully immersive beauty experience" will be opening near the front of the stores, staffed by Sephora make-up consultants offering personalized beauty consultations and help finding products, plus free testing and sampling of products, said Kohl's corporate in this statement.

Kohl's will be adding Sephora to 15 of its stores in New Jersey in 2022: The full list is Middletown, Holmdel, Toms River, Stafford, Cherry Hill, East Brunswick, Flemington, Ledgewood, Mantua, Marlton, Mays Landing, Morris Plains, Newton, South Plainfield and Westampton.

Kohls.com will also start carrying Sephora make-up and products online. Current Sephora stores inside JCPenney locations will phase out as their leases run out.

"The Sephora at Kohl's experience" will expand to at least 850 stores by 2023, said the company.

Sephora at Kohl’s is also adding six new product lines this spring: Murad, Clarins, Jack Black, Living Proof, Versace and Voluspa, joining current Sephora-at-Kohl’s brands Rare Beauty, NARS, Charlotte Tilbury, Kiehl’s, Giorgio Armani, Olaplex, Clinique and Sephora Collection.
