Seabrook Promotes Mike Loftis to Director of Sales

Seabrook, a continuing care retirement community developed and managed by Erickson Senior Living in Tinton Falls, N.J., is pleased to announce the promotion of Mike Loftis to director of sales. He brings more than 15 years of leadership experience to the role.

Loftis joined Seabrook in 2024 as sales manager, where he quickly distinguished himself as a talented, passionate leader who embodies the Erickson Senior Living culture. He was instrumental in supporting the sales team in achieving outstanding results in occupancy and in welcoming hundreds of new residents to the vibrant senior living community.

Before joining Seabrook, Loftis served as a senior sales associate at Highland Springs, an Erickson Senior Living community in Dallas, Texas. He began his career at Erickson Senior Living in 2022 and quickly advanced through the ranks. His diverse professional background includes experience building relationships as a realtor, minister, and chiropractor.

Loftis earned his bachelor’s degree in communication from Southwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in anatomy and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Parker College of Chiropractic. He resides in Ocean Township with his wife, Sarah.
