2 Kids Charged After Threat At Eatontown School
The threat was written in a bathroom at Memorial Middle School, police said.
EATONTOWN, NJ — Two children were charged after police found a threat at Memorial Middle School. The threat prompted Eatontown police to increase their presence in all Eatontown schools.
Two kids were charged with criminal mischief and creating false public alarm. There was no indication that the students intended to follow through with their threats, police said.
Police announced a threat Monday made to the Memorial Middle School principal. The threat was written in the school bathroom, indicating a threat to school security, police said.
