Tinton Falls Woman, Man Accused Of Long Branch Shooting In June

Brianna Graziano, 27, of Tinton Falls​ and Michael O' Rourke, 31, of Asbury Park,​ were charged with the June 12 attempted murder:

LONG BRANCH, NJ — A Tinton Falls woman and man who police say shot a man in Long Branch in June have been apprehended, said Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond Santiago on Tuesday.

The shooting occurred at 2:15 a.m. on June 12 of this year in the Matilda Terrace apartments. Police were called there for a report of an altercation.

Upon arrival, an adult man was located with multiple gunshot wounds, including one to his neck. He was quickly transported to Monmouth Medical Center, where he was treated and survived.

An investigation done by the Monmouth County Prosecutor's office Major Crimes Bureau and the Long Branch Police Department identified Michael O’ Rourke, 31, of Asbury Park, and Brianna Graziano, 27, of Tinton Falls as responsible for the shooting.

O’Rourke was located and arrested in Ohio this past Friday, Aug. 4 by U.S. Marshals.

Shortly after he was taken into custody, Graziano was located in New Jersey, and also take into police custody.

Both were charged with first-degree attempted murder and first-degree conspiracy to commit murder. The man was additionally charged with illegal gun charges.
