WEST LONG BRANCH, NJ — A school bus carrying seven children was involved in a collision with a car Monday morning in West Long Branch, according to law enforcement. However, none of the seven children, nor the two drivers, were injured. The crash happened at 8:50 a.m. near the intersection of Hollywood Avenue and Elmwood Avenue in West Long Branch. This was not a bus from either Shore Regional or West Long Branch school district. It is unknown what school district it was from. Local police and firefighters responded. Correction: An earlier version of this story incorrectly stated this was a school bus from the West Long Branch school district. It was not.
