TELL US: What Do You Think About Eatontown's Overnight Parking Rules?

Parking ordinance states there is no parking on borough streets from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m.

Eatontown's overnight parking ordinance was recently criticized by a resident at a borough council meeting.

The ordinance prohibits the parking of vehicles on all borough streets between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m.

According to the Eatontown Police, permission may be granted to park a vehicle on the street if "exigent circumstances exist", such as driveway repair, overnight guests or "other reasonable circumstances."
