Heroin, Loaded Guns, Cocaine Found In Tinton Falls Traffic Stop, Police Say

Men from Keansburg and Highlands were in the car, and were arrested.

TINTON FALLS, NJ — Men from Keansburg, Highlands and elsewhere on the Jersey Shore were stopped in a traffic stop in Tinton Falls, and police said they found two loaded handguns, 11 ounces of crack cocaine and multiple bags of heroin in the car.

Tinton Falls Police just announced the arrests Thursday on their Facebook page.

Tinton Falls Police officers pulled the car over on May 28 on Centre Plaza. Tinton Falls Police said they pulled the car over because it was suspicious.

Men in the car were found to be in possession of two loaded handguns, 11 ounces of crack cocaine, multiple bags of heroin and various types of drug paraphernalia, said police.

It was also determined that the vehicle was reported stolen out of South Amboy.

Arrested in the car were: Lamar Hicks Sr., 41, of Brick, Lah'ki Hicks, 19, of Keansburg, Cha Taylor, 19, of Keansburg, Justreal Randolph, 19 of Asbury Park, Tairell Billingsley, 35, of Highlands and a 16-year-old juvenile from Keansburg.

They were all charged with: Unlawful possession of a weapon (handguns), possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession a controlled dangerous substance with the intent to distribute, manufacturing a controlled dangerous substance over 5 ounces, possession a firearm while committing a controlled dangerous substance offense, employing a juvenile in the commission of a crime, endangering the welfare of a child, and receiving stolen property (motor vehicle).
