Woman Killed In I-78 Crash IDed
One woman was killed during the Tuesday morning crash, police said.

GREENWICH TWP, NJ — One person was killed in an early morning Route 78 crash on Tuesday, New Jersey State Police said.
Eileen Olson, 48, from Phillipsburg was killed this morning when a tractor trailer struck her car, Trooper Gene Hong told Patch.
The tractor trailer was driving on Interstate 78 westbound near mile marker 6.8 when it sideswiped a westbound car, Hong said. The tractor trailer went across the center median and struck Olson's minivan in an eastbound lane. It then struck a truck parked in the eastbound shoulder.

A tractor trailer going westbound crossed the center median and struck a eastbound car and parked tractor-trailer near Exit 6 in Greenwich, police told the paper. Patch has reached out to New Jersey State Police for more information.
The crash closed all lanes of Route 78 east for an hour Tuesday morning, Hong said, and caused multi-mile traffic delays. All lanes have been reopened.
