Through engaging physical and mental challenges set throughout the farm, participants will build trust, strengthen connections, and discover the power of working together.
Come ready for fun, laughter, and meaningful reflection as we engage in icebreakers, trust-building, and problem-solving activities as a group. We gather as we are, bringing our unique interests, abilities, and limitations, while discovering more about ourselves and our relationships with one another.

A good recall is the most important skill that you can teach your dog. Being able to reliably get your dog to come to you can be the difference between life and death in a dangerous situation. The Come When Called clinic is designed to help you and your dog get the best recall possible, so that you will be able to call your dog back to you no matter how distracting the situation. Join members of our Resident Hiking Club for a guided walking tour along one of our scenic woodchipped nature trails and experience firsthand the beauty that makes Heath Village so special.
During the walk, you'll learn about the multiple trails located on and adjacent to our beautiful 100+ acre campus. Our resident naturalist will also be available to answer questions about the woodlands, birds, butterflies, and natural surroundings that make our community unique.
The walk will include a tour of an apartment on our upper campus, where the hiking trails meet our backyard, along with the opportunity to explore many of the popular outdoor amenities enjoyed by our residents.

One of the most important things you can do to help your new puppy grow up to be a friendly, confident, well rounded dog is to socialize your puppy right away! Here at My Dog's Got Class, we offer Puppy Kindergarten classes to ensure your pup matures into a well-mannered dog. ​ Puppies from 8-18 weeks are welcome to enroll in this 1-hour class that runs for 6 sessions. We will expose your puppy to a variety of unfamiliar things to help build confidence in day-to-day situations. We also introduce the puppies to behaviors such as sit, down, stand, body handling, puppy recalls. The classes also help owners understand and acclimate to having a puppy in the house as well as giving you the knowledge and tools to help get you through the "puppy stage." This also helps to prevent larger behavior problems down the road.Payments MUST be made upon registration in order to secure a spot in the class.

Join this one-time-only experience!
What would it feel like to suddenly hear that America had declared independence from Britain?
On Saturday, September 19, the Washington Township Historical Society invites the community to experience that dramatic moment firsthand during “1776 — The News of Independence Reaches German Valley,” an immersive living history evening at the historic Old Stone Church grounds in Long Valley.
Step back 250 years for a fun, lively, and entertaining evening as news from Philadelphia reaches German Valley. Guests will able, if they choose, to assume the roles of local residents — farmers, widows, soldiers, merchants, and others — and join in the conversations, questions, and uncertainty surrounding independence.
No costumes are required — just come ready to experience history in a whole new way.

 <li>Would independence be exciting… or frightening? </li>
 <li>What risks would families face? </li>
 <li>Would you support the cause? </li>
</ul>
“This program is designed to make history personal while creating a memorable and enjoyable, fun evening for the community,” said John Reed, president of WTHS. “Participants won’t just hear history — they’ll experience the conversations, uncertainty, and excitement that ordinary people may have felt in 1776.”
The evening will feature:
<ul>
 <li>Live authentic period music </li>
 <li>Delicious appetizers with local cheeses, cold meats, veggies, fruit and more</li>
 <li>Local wines, beer, cider and other beverages </li>
 <li>An interactive atmosphere on the grounds of the 250-year-old Stone Church</li>

The event takes place Saturday, Sept. 19 at 4:00 PM (rain date Sept. 20).
